This Policy applies to information Funding2Grow collects through its websites, applications, financing and service relationships, communications, and other products or services. It also applies to information Funding2Grow receives from applicants, businesses, owners and control persons, financial institutions, lenders, payment processors, service providers, business partners, consumer reporting agencies, public sources, and other sources permitted by law. A third party’s own processing may also be governed by that party’s privacy notice.

- Integrated Service Information: Depending on the service involved, we may collect business identity, registration, ownership, management, tax, and contact information; information about beneficial owners, control persons, and authorized representatives; applications and supporting documents; payment-processing, transaction, sales, chargeback, refund, and settlement information; merchant identification numbers; linked bank-account information; eligibility, underwriting-support, enrollment, and product-use information; and identity-verification, fraud, compliance, risk, monitoring, servicing, and reconciliation information.
The Company does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. SMS consent will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties. We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to provide, prepare, present, market, support, or service a product or transaction you request or may be eligible to consider; meet contractual obligations; prevent fraud; manage risk; reconcile activity; and comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and recordkeeping requirements.
This SMS limitation applies specifically to consent collected through an SMS opt-in. Contact information separately collected through an application, financing relationship, or other service is governed by the other provisions of this Policy. This Policy does not by itself provide consent for marketing text messages or telephone calls where separate consent is required by applicable law.
We may share information with trusted service providers performing services on our behalf, marketing partners acting under our direction, or authorities as required by law (including fraud prevention or subpoena response). In the event of a business transfer, merger, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with applicable law.
Recipients may also include financial institutions, lenders, brokers, integrated technology or program providers and their affiliates, payment processors, payment networks, settlement providers, identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers, auditors, regulators, and other parties supporting the purposes described in this Policy. We may collect, use, and disclose information, including before you begin or submit an application, to respond to inquiries and provide requested services; dentify businesses for outreach and present financing products or features that may be available; communicate about Funding2Grow-integrated offerings; prepopulate and prepare applications or enrollment experiences; verify business, ownership, identity, financial, and bank-account information; support eligibility assessment and underwriting; facilitate application submission and lender or provider matching; administer settlement or product-authorized repayment or recoupment activity where applicable; monitor fraud, risk, performance, and compliance; support servicing and communications; reconcile activity; improve services; and satisfy legal, regulatory, audit, recordkeeping, and risk-management obligations.
How We Collect Your Information
Log Files
When you visit our websites, our servers automatically collect standard browser information such as IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamps, and click activity. Depending on the requested or available service, application or enrollment information may also include information about owners, control persons, and authorized representatives; processing and settlement activity; linked bank accounts; identity-verification and fraud-prevention results; and other information needed to evaluate, prepare, provide, monitor, or service the applicable product.
Integrated Provider Features
Funding2Grow may make features supported by one or more third-party technology providers, program managers, banks, lenders, servicers, or other financial-services providers and their respective affiliates (each, an “Integrated Provider”) available to businesses, including business financing, Instant Payout, settlement management, and related services. An Integrated Provider may provide technology, onboarding, program-management, settlement-administration, monitoring, marketing-support, servicing or servicing-support, banking services or business credit products.
When we prepare, present, market, or support an Integrated Provider feature, including before you begin or submit an application, we may disclose relevant information to the applicable Integrated Providers,payment processors, settlement providers, identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers, and other providers involved in the feature. The information may include business and contact information; information about owners, control persons, and authorized representatives; applications and supporting financial information; payment-processing and transaction activity; settlement history and flows; linked bank-account information; and related fraud, compliance, risk, monitoring, and servicing information.
Information may be used to identify potential product fit or eligibility, select businesses for outreach, prepopulate and prepare application or enrollment experiences, verify information, support underwriting and fraud prevention, communicate with you about Funding2Grow-integrated offerings, present and deliver selected products, administer settlement and product-authorized payment or recoupment instructions, monitor activity, service active products, reconcile activity, and satisfy legal, regulatory, audit, and recordkeeping obligations. The Integrated Provider may communicate directly with you on Funding2Grow’s behalf or about a Funding2Grow-integrated offering, subject to applicable law and your communication choices. Information is not disclosed to an Integrated Provider for unrelated, independent marketing.
If Funding2Grow participates in ongoing support for a product, Funding2Grow may continue to provide relevant application, account, transaction, processing, and settlement information to the applicable Integrated Providers and other recipients and may receive limited status, enrollment, servicing, or other operational information, in each case as permitted under applicable agreements and law. The applicable Integrated Providers and other recipients may continue to receive, access, refresh, and exchange relevant information as reasonably necessary to evaluate, deliver, administer, monitor, and service the product and to satisfy repayment, reconciliation, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, legal, audit, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Sharing information for preparation or potential eligibility does not submit an application, activate a product, establish an account or managed settlement arrangement, or authorize settlement routing, recoupment, or the application of funds. If you elect an Integrated Provider feature, the applicable Integrated Provider and product terms and notices will be presented through or in connection with the relevant application or enrollment flow. Applicable Integrated Provider privacy policies and other required privacy notices will be presented in connection with the applicable feature.
Emails, Telephone Calls, and Text Messages
We may use your email address for transactional communications (such as confirmations and account updates) and promotional communications (such as newsletters and service announcements). Emails may include tracking mechanisms to measure engagement. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time; however, administrative and service-related communications may continue. We may also contact you by telephone or text message solely in connection with our services.
All communications comply with applicable U.S. laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.
Other Sources
With your authorization, we may obtain information from third-party sources such as credit reporting agencies. Credit reports are never accessed without your consent.
Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of certain uses of your personally identifiable information. We process information as described in this Policy. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us using the information below. Withdrawal does not require Funding2Grow or another recipient to delete information or stop processing where continued processing is reasonably necessary to complete a requested transaction, service an outstanding product or obligation, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain required records, or comply with law. An opt-out from marketing communications does not prevent service, transaction, security, compliance, or other non-marketing communications.
How We Protect Your Information
We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. Employees and authorized contractors are granted access to personal information strictly on a need-to-know basis. While we employ industry-standard security measures, no method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed as completely secure. This Policy applies to both current and former customers.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the customer relationship, support or service active and outstanding products, reconcile activity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, conduct audits, and satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.Integrated Providers and other recipients may retain information under their own policies and applicable lending, servicing, and regulatory requirements, including after the Funding2Grow relationship ends.

If a change materially affects how information previously collected is used or disclosed, Funding2Grow will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law or its agreements.
